Better than good greetings, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

I am convinced that fellowship this morn’ with the Father, the Lord Jesus, the Living & True Word of God, the Lord Holy Spirit & the saints of God was heavenly?

The good LORD of glory will keep doing His great works, in & through your life, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

At KDCG, today, it was also heavenly, as we looked into the Word, My Help Comes From The Lord!

Be blessed tremendously as you read, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Authentic, non-disappointing & gainful help has no other source but God, alone.

The Word of God makes it clear that even the help of man is in vain –

Psalm 60.11:

“Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man“.

Also, the Word of God warns of the troubling consequence of seeking help in any other way apart from God & His Word, the Lord Jesus – Psalm 16.4:

“Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips”.

However, the Word of God still encourages us to rely on God for His help in His Word because of the riches inducement & sorrow free advantages – Proverbs 10.22:

“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it”.

Hebrews 13.5-6:

[5]”Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee“.

[6]”So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me”.

The word, “man” in verse 6 above involves both the “man of sin” – 2 Thessalonians 2.3; & his human agents, who will both stumble & fall – Psalm 27.1-3.

It must, nevertheless, be sounded & resounded that help comes from the Lord to those who are in & do His Will.

God’s Will is in two main categories – general & particular.

Many Christians stay in His general Will, which is in our involvement in fellowship with other saints – Hebrews 10.25:

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching” – & active participation in the activities of such assemblies, like tithing, offerings, soul winning, evangelism, prayers, visitation, hospitality, sanctuary keeeping, protocol, choir, ushering, etc, which are by way of showing fear & honour to our good heavenly Father & Master, Lord Jesus – Malachi 1.6:

[6]”A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name”?

Hebrews 12.28:

“Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear“:

The second & particular Will of God is the discovery of your purpose in Jesus in life.

John 15.4-5,16:

[4]”Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me“.

[5]”I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing“.

[16]”Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you”.

It becomes very obvious in these three verses that each individual in Christ has a particular role he or she must function in, in order to be fruitful in the Kingdom.

As a matter of fact, our Saviour, Lord, Elder Brother & Master Himself, Jesus Christ tells us unambiguously that He’s the One Who chose us for Himself!

It’s so amazing then, when you see some Christians behave as if they’re the ones who chose Him, so they refuse to ask Him for their place & purpose in Him, giving excuses of age, long stay in a particular career or business, etc, displaying their unbelief & hatred for Him though with their mouths, they claim otherwise!

The general Will is to help the Christian move into the particular Will, since you’re both hearing, reading & studying the Word & you’re in active participation in the Kingdom family of the assembly where you’re worshipping God.

The ultimate blessing & the crowning glory is in the discovery, pursuit & accomplishment of your divine purpose – 2 Timothy 4.7-8:

[7]”I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith“:

[8]”Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing“.

Only those who finish their God ordained purpose in Christ by fighting the good fight of faith in Godliness & keeping the faith are qualified to be crowned!

They’re those who love the Lord’s appearing!

Our Lord Jesus Himself gave us the perfect example – John 17.4-5:

[4]”I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do“.

[5]”And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was“.

There is a crown of glory that has your name on it before the world began, you’ll only receive it by doing your particular part in Jesus!

If you truly have faith in & love the Lord, then you’ll obey Him & follow His example.

Until the prodigal son returned home to discover his purpose, that was when his glory was restored!

It’s time for His true glory to start showing in all aspects of your life, stop doing your will, start pursuing His Will!

Take grace, now, to become who you’ve been ordained to be, don’t be someone else.

It was a wonderful & glorious time in our Flourish To Flourish Encounter Hour, yesterday, at KDCG, with the theme: OVERCOMERWITHOUT STRESS!

May you practically manifest as the Overcomer without stress, indeed, the remaining days of your life, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Discovering Purpose – 1

Who is the OVERCOMERWITHOUT STRESS?

This is the believer who has discovered divine purpose – 1 John 4.4; 5.4:

“Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world”.

1 John 5.4:

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith“.

Since you’re born of the God of purpose in your new birth in Christ, it is imperative to, also, discover your purpose in Him, for you to live the overcomer’s life without  stress!

To further help our understanding, let’s look at two blessings of divine purpose:

1. You stay in the hurt free zone in life – Joel 2.8(Amplified version):

“Neither does one thrust upon another; THEY WALK EVERY ONE IN HIS PATH. And they burst through and upon the weapons, YET THEY ARE NOT WOUNDED AND DO NOT CHANGE THEIR COURSE“.

2 Thessalonians 3.3:

“But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil“.

2. You live in the better than good life zone – Ephesians 2.10(Amplified version):

“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His WORKMANSHIP), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that WE MAY DO THOSE GOOD WORKS WHICH GOD PREDESTINED (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]”.

Also, let’s look at two examples of OVERCOMERS WITHOUT STRESS to strengthen our faith:

1. Daniel: The first Scriptural account we have of Daniel was that he was a slave boy in Babylon(present day Iraq) from the tribe of Judah in Israel, & the Scriptures noted of him as a young boy of purpose who feared God; & in the time of temptation, being thrown in the lions’ den for not giving up on God & His purpose, he overcame without stress & kept overcoming without stress – Daniel 1.3-9; 2.46-48; 6.25-28; 12.3.

2. Peter: Also, the first major account of Peter’s life as recorded in Scriptures before encountering our Lord Jesus, was that, he was a struggling & frustrated  fisherman but with that encounter & his obedience to the words of Jesus, he became a prosperous fisherman, farmer & business man; & later, on discovering his  purpose, he kept living as the overcomers without stress – Luke 5.1-7,10; John 21.15-17; Acts 2.1-41; 3.1-8; 4.19-21,23-33; 5.14-16,19-21; 9.32-43; 10; 12.1-12.

HOW TO DISCOVER PURPOSE?

1. Ask in definite, specific prayers – Jeremiah 29.11-12(NIV):

11″For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future“.

12″Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you“…

Jeremiah 33.3:

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not“.

Because you don’t know His purpose for your life, it is safe not to assume but to find out & be sure, so that frustrations won’t be the order of the day!

Kenneth E Hagin of blessed memory, said that he has been pastoring for twelve years before he discovered his purpose as a teacher of God’s Word!

Abraham was just doing what he grew up to meet his father doing till the age of seventy five when he discovered his purpose in Jesus Christ, as a father of many nations through whom & his Seed(Jesus Christ), all the nations of the earth will be blessed!

Beloved, by God’s grace, being a Christian of twenty nine years & a pastor for twenty two years, I can confidently tell you that it’s safer, more secured & far better to know & be sure of your purpose than doing something because you like doing it.

Even if you like doing something, please, be humble enough to find out from your Maker & Father, His purpose for your life.

I love to share my thoughts with people both as groups & individuals & that propelled me to want to be an international lawyer, a pilot or a soldier in the Army.

I did a bit of Philosophy before ending up with Mass Communication & I served in the Public Enlightenment department of the Federal Road Safety Commission before starting my own business with main focus on Public Relations/Advertising & allied matters, & you know what, I had everything going on well for me, we were even producing a Christian magazine, Transfiguration, which was being distributed across the globe, freely, but you see, beloved, I was just doing what I liked with passion, I wasn’t in His plans & purpose!

1 John 5.14-15:

[14]”And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us”:

[15]”And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him“.

His major will for you is His purpose, the  sound knowledge of His grand design for your life!

A major hallmark of matured & wise Christians is that, they always ask the Lord what they should do, what the Lord wants them to do, for the Lord to make them His servant – I’m sure you still remember the prodigal son & Apostle Paul, formerly called Saul?

2. Be a follower, disciple of Jesus Christ, indeed – John 21.15-17:

[15]”So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs“.

[16]”He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep“.

[17]”He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep“.

3. Have a very healthy personal walk with Jesus & in the Holy Spirit – Romans 8.14:

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God“.

One of the major ways by which the Holy Spirit leads is by taking of what belongs to Jesus for you & showing you, so that the Lord Jesus will be glorified in you by your compliance – John 16.14:

“He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you“.

By God’s grace, after my conversion, I loved to share Christ with people as much as I possibly can & my mind was to use major part of my business profits to promote His Kingdom until November 23, 1996, a Saturday evening, about 4.40pm, while studying one of Kenneth Hagin’s Bible Courses on faith, that I discovered my purpose in Him is to preach (the Word – 2 Timothy 4.2,4-5), those Words, as it were leapt out of the page of the Bible & came up to me, & on asking Him precisely, What Word? He answered, by directing me to Galatians 5.6:faith that works by love!

I still further asked Him if it were to be an independent Ministry or how, to which He gave instructions to join myself to that chariot, implying the Church where I was worshipping.

Now, I was there for in the service for eighteen years & after leaving, He told me that the essence of His purpose for me is to terminate the sufferings of humanity all across the globe, particularly, teaching His people how to worship & serve Him rightly for them to be blessed appropriately!

He further told me that, I’m just stepping into the first phase of my Ministry!

Beloved, endeavour to always be controlled, directed, guided & regulated by Him(the Holy Spirit).

4. Live a ready Christian life – Isaiah 6.8-9:

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me“.

[9]”And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye…”.

1 Kings 22.20-22:

[20]”And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner“.

[21]”And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him”.

[22]”And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so“.

Your purpose in Him will always be to continue in Christ in making this world a better place, like heaven, so live ready…!

Matthew 24.44:

“Therefore be ye also ready:…”.

John 17.4-5:

[4]”I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do“.

[5]”And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was“.

There’s the crown of glory & righteousness awaiting all who discover, pursue & finish their God ordained purpose in Christ Jesus.

Your crown will fit your head, it won’t go to another, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Take grace to discover your purpose & pursue the same with faith & love in your heart, to the end, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

We continued in our teaching series, PURPOSE OF DIVINE PURPOSE, in our Glory To Glory Word Hour, at KDCG, this evening.

Be tremendously blessed as you read.

1. God reveals His purpose for our individual lives so that the Body of Christ, the Church, is peaceful, joyful, holy, healthy & growing faithfully – Isaiah 11.9(a):

“They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain

…”.

Colossians 2.9(Amplified version):

“And not holding fast to the Head, from Whom the entire body, supplied and knit together by means of its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God“.

Colossians 1.6(Amplified version):

“Which has come to you. Indeed, in the whole world [that Gospel] is bearing fruit and still is growing [by its own inherent power], even as it has done among yourselves ever since the day you first heard and came to know and understand the grace of God in truth. [You came to know the grace or undeserved favor of God in reality, deeply and clearly and thoroughly, becoming accurately and intimately acquainted with it.]”

Ephesians 4.11-16:

[11]”And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers“;

[12]”For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ“:

[13]”Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ“:

[14]”That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive”;

[15]”But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ“:

[16]”from whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love“.

Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, is sound in peace, joy, holiness, health & faithfulness, the Body, too, must grow in like manner!

This happens as each part of the Body discovers, understands itself & functions in its place.

2. The earth is to be filled with the knowledge of God’s glory – Habakkuk 2.14:

Habakkuk 2:14

[14]”For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea”.

2 Corinthians 4.6

“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ“.

Through the instrumentality of the Holy Spirit & the Church, everybody on the earth must hear the Gospel of Christ, so that, no one will have any excuse of not responding to God’s salvation & fulfilling their parts.

3. Divine purpose is the major avenue of the fulfilment of God’s reconciliation agenda for man – 2 Corinthians 5.18-21:

[18]”And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation“;

[19]”To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation“.

[20]”Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God“.

[21]”For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”.

I know it was a wonderful encounter you had with God’s Word by the Holy Spirit in fellowship with the saints this morning?

The encounter will keep producing gloriously in your life, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

The Word of God was really glorified among us today, also, at KDCG, in our special Holy Ghost service, to God’s praise & glory, themed: MY GOD HELPS ME!

Be impacted & tremendously blessed as you read.

Isaiah 50.7(Amplified version):

“For the Lord God helps me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame”.

Does God still help people?

We were at our missionary journey in Ondo(south west of Nigeria), some few years back & there was this christian man who asked me to come & pray over the foundation of a building he was about to start, then.

That was in April of that year, & three months later, he gave me a brand new car.

As usual, I asked him of his testimony.

He told me that he had been a senior officer in a federal government parastatal for close to thirty years & he has never completed any building beyond the window level, in the three attempts he had made but after the prayer for the foundation laying that I was privileged to be part of, in three months, he was able to roof the building!

So, he gave me the car to honour God & also, to appreciate God’s grace over me.

I know that was God’s help to me!

When our Ministry, by God’s grace, started in this same city some seven years later,

(God specifically gave me the address of the location) & we needed good accommodation in that area for logistics & other obvious reasons, God Himself provided a very decent accommodation, just about two minutes walk to the temporary worship center & about ten minutes walk to the temporary office!

As a matter of fact, all the while the Lord was asking me to hold on, not to step out yet till September eight of last year, He was busy preparing the residential accommodation, because according to the story & a document that I saw, the former occupants were evicted by court order(of course, so that we who He sent for His great Work will not suffer at all!).

Beloved, I know too, that it was God’s help!

I can therefore confidently tell you that, Yes, God still helps people!

You, reading this post, is the next person He’ll help, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

WHO DOES GOD HELP? WHO ENJOYS GOD’S HELP?

1. Those Who Delight In & To Do His Will, Those Who Are After God’s Own Heart & Do All Of God’s Will, Who Will Carry Out His(Divine Program) Fully: 1 Chronicles 12.18:

“Then the spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the captains, and he said, Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thine helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band”.

Who is David, the son of Jesse, Who his God helps?

Acts 13.22:

“And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will“.

Acts 13.22(Amplified version):

“And when He had deposed him, He raised up David to be their king; of him He bore witness and said, I have found David son of Jesse a man after My own heart, who will do all My will and carry out My program fully“.

They don’t go about their own programmes or just their hearts’ desire but they go after what God has created them for!

2. Those Who Are Walking In Divine Purpose, Not In Personal Ambition: Acts 26.22:

“Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day,…”:

That was Apostle Paul recounting His experience of God’s helps!

Who is Paul, the Apostle?

Galatians 1.15-16:

[15]”But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace“,

[16]”To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen...;”:

These are people who have discovered their purpose in God, their place in Christ, & are pursuing it will all zeal, zest & fervour, according to divine details & patterns, Jesus Christ their main focus & pattern, & following those who through faith & patience have obtained the promises – Hebrews 12.1-2; 6.12.

Who is this Paul, the Apostle of Christ?

Philippians 3.7-8:

[7]”But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ“.

[8]”Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ“,

They are people who have no regrets or shame of turning from any accomplishments of their own to run the race that God has set before them in  Christ Jesus before the world began!

Their aim is to win Christ by doing His purpose, they’ve made Christ’s purpose their own purpose!

3. ThoseWho Stay Faithfully In Their Appointed Parts& Places In Christ, Doing Their Parts, His Will In Him – By Taking Proper Care Of God’s People: Matthew 23.34:

“Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes:…”:

Who are wise men(& women)? Matthew 24.45-47:

[45]”Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season“?

[46]”Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing“.

[47]”Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods“.

They are not necessarily on the pulpit as ordained Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Pastors & Evangelists.

However, they have discovered their place & part in Christ, & they’re ruggedly, happily, enthusiastically doing what Christ has apportioned them, with the strength of the Holy Spirit & the Wisdom He teaches them.

They are carpenters, artisans, plumbers, bricklayers, shoemakers, farmers, market men & women, captains of industries, senators, bureaucrats, technocrats, sailors, pilots, governors, ambassadors, educationists, medical personnel, top military brass, security agents, legal luminaries, judicial gurus, presidents of nations, sculptors, fishermen, etc, who have discovered & obtained their callings in Jesus & doing their callings, fulfilling God’s Word for them by the helps of the Holy Spirit!

Such people like Joseph of old – Genesis 41.39-44.

Such people as Daniel of old, the sage – Daniel 5.11,29; 2.30,47-49.

Such people who will risk their necks to help servants of God & keep encouraging the flock of the Lord Jesus sent to them with love & humility, there we have the likes of husband & wife, Aquilla & Priscilla – Acts 18.2,26; Romans 16.3-4.

You don’t have to be afraid to discover your calling, even if it is to be a full time minister of the gospel of Christ!

Why should you be afraid, anyway?

It’s the potter who determines what he’ll make of the clay.

It’s the shepherd Who determines the blessings of the sheep.

Until you do what you’re created for, that’s when you’ll start enjoying God’s helps!

Beloved, don’t let the devil deceive you in any form, go for His purpose for your life & abide therein, that’s the surest, easiest, smartest way for suffering free, sorrow free, shame free helps in life!

Your world will certainly thank God for you because as you answer His call in your life, Abba Father & our Lord Jesus will be glorified in your life, unhindered & unquestionably, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Better than good greetings, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

We commenced the teaching series – THE PURPOSE OF DIVINE PURPOSE – in our weekly Glory To Glory Word Hour, today, at KDCG.

My prayer for you is that you’ll take grace to cooperate with the Holy Spirit to do God’s Will in & through your life, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

As we know, our good heavenly Father is a God of purpose & everything He does is always with a purpose & the same applies to you & I, created in His image & likeness.

Isaiah 49.1-5:
[1]”Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name“.

[2]”And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me”;

[3]”And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified“.

[4]”Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the LORD, and my work with my God”.

[5]”And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength“.

With regards to verse 5, Isaiah recognised that by discovering His purpose in God, God will STRENGTHEN, HELP him!

How Will God HELP people who have discovered & are pursuing His purpose?

1. He satisfies them with the necessary things of life – Joel 2.26:
“And YOU SHALL EAT IN PLENTY, and BE SATISFIED, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed”.

We were in Obiaruku, in Delta State of Nigeria, & I felt like taking some particular beverages, which I told my wife, that was about 7pm & at about 2am, one of our neighbours who wasn’t aware of my discussion with my wife surprisingly knocked on our door & presented us with exactly those beverages I mentioned to my wife, explaining to us that her brother just came in from a trip & brought some of those stuffs, which she felt she should share with us!(Even at that odd hour…)

As we were privileged of our good heavenly Father & our Lord Jesus in our missionary journeys, we have rented very well furnished apartments with air conditioners, kitchen appliances & boys’ quarters at highly ridiculous amounts!

To Him alone be all the glory!

Psalm 81.16:
“He should HAVE FED THEM ALSO WITH THE FINEST OF THE WHEAT: and WITH HONEY OUT OF THE ROCK SHOULD I HAVE SATISFIED THEE“.

Psalm 103.5:
“Who SATISFIETH THY MOUTH WITH GOOD THINGS; so that THY YOUTH IS RENEWED LIKE THE EAGLE’s“.(for you to do His Will, His Counsel, His PURPOSE)!

Acts 4.34-37:
[34]NEITHER WAS THERE ANY AMONG THEM THAT LACKED: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold”,

[35]”And laid them down at the apostles’ feet: AND DISTRIBUTION WAS MADE UNTO EVERY MAN ACCORDING AS HE HAD NEED“.

[36]”And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus”,

[37]”Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet”.

When you see us do good acts here, it’s not to impress or deceive anybody but we’re simply doing what we must do for the Body of Christ, the great & righteous congregation of God, for Him to be GLORIFIED in us ALL!

Remember that He commanded that all the tithes should be brought into His storehouse that there may be meat in His house, for Him them to BLESS us tremendously! Malachi 3.10-11.

Why then does He give us our individual divine purpose?

1. For the establishment & advancement of His Kingdom & the Power of His Christ – Matthew 6.10: “THY KINGDOM COME. THY WILL BE DONE IN EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN“.

Revelation 12.10:
“And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, NOW IS COME salvation, and strength, and the KINGDOM OF OUR GOD, and the POWER OF HIS CHRIST: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night”.

The earth & its fullness, the world & the inhabitants all belong to our Father & He wants His things to be done according to His terms & style – Psalm 24.1.

2. To encourage man to always put God, His Kingdom, His righteousness & the Power of His Christ first in ALL considerations – Matthew 6.33:
“But SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD, and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS; and all these things shall be added unto you“.

Revelation 12.10: “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, NOW IS COME salvation, and strength, and the KINGDOM OF OUR GOD, and the POWER OF HIS CHRIST: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night”.

Jeremiah 17.5-8:
[5]”Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that TRUSTEH IN MAN, and MAKETH FLESH HIS ARM, and WHOSE HEART DEPARTETH FROM THE LORD”.

[6]”For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited“.

[7]”BLESSED IS THE MAN THAT TRUSTETH IN THE LORD, and WHOSE HOPE THE LORD IS“.

[8]”FOR HE WILL BE AS A TREE PLANTED BY THE WATERS, and THAT SPREADETH OUT HER ROOTS BY THE RIVER, and SHALL NOT SEE WHEN HEAT COMETH, BUT HER LEAF WILL BE GREEN; and SHALL NOT BE CAREFUL IN THE YEAR OF DROUGHT, NEITHER SHALL CEASE FROM YIELDING FRUIT”.

Our Father wants us to have SORROW FREE, SUFFERING FREE & SHAME FREE BLESSINGS & that’s only POSSIBLE BY BEING IN HIM & DOING HIS WILL FROM THE HEART, NO OTHER OPTION!

Psalm 16.4:

“THEIR SORROWS SHALL BE MULTIPLIED THAT HASTEN AFTER ANOTHER GOD: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips”.

Proverbs 10.22:
“THE BLESSING OF THE LORD, IT MAKETH RICH, and HE ADDETH NO SORROW WITH IT“.

As you go on in divine purpose & not your ambitions, rapid, timely progress, celebration, laughter & abundance of all good things will be your portion, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Be BLESSED with BETTER THAN GOOD EXPERIENCES, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

Better than good greetings, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

We give all the glory for the first Sunday of the end of the first half of this great year!

It was a wonderful time in our heavenly Father’s Presence this morning at KDCG, as the Word of God came with the power of the Holy Spirit, in the teaching: HELP ME, OH! MY GOD!

Be tremendously blessed as you read, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

It is always good to know the right source to go to whenever there’s a need.

Many people, including Christians, have been deceived in looking for helps where there is none, which have led to regrets, although for those who turn back to God, they’re helped but those who go on in their deception continue with regrets!

Psalm 89.19:

“Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people”.

There’s no mighty person anywhere, there are only people who the Almighty God has put some of His might on them, to help them!

People may not want to help you or forget to help you.

As a matter of fact, our Omniscient Father makes us to know that the help of man is vain – Psalm 60.11:

“Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man“.

Abba Father never forgets His own nor forgets to help us – Isaiah 49.13-16:

[13]”Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted”.

[14]”But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me”.

[15]”Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee”.

[16]”Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me“.

This is confirmed, also, in the New Testament – Hebrews 13.5-6:

[5]”Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”.

[6]”So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me”.

No matter what the situation may be, I am there for you because I’m always up to the task, our heavenly Father meant to say!

I heard the story of the wonderful & great servant of our Lord Jesus, the Archbishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory, who at a very tender age of about six months or so had to be put on a dunghill by the mum because of his health condition, to which the father asked the mum to chose between him & the sickler child but glory be to God for mothers who believe in God’s help!

See what that man turned out to be in Christendom, worldwide!

I’m sure you’ve heard of such stories also or even you’ve experienced yourself, when & where you were disappointed from people you never expected it from.

God, our good heavenly Father, is the only & True source of helps, & His helps come by Jesus Christ, His Son, Who is also His Living Word, became flesh & dwell among us – Hebrews 1.1-2; Revelation 19.13; John 1.1,14:

Hebrews 1.1-2:

[1]”God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets”,

[2]”Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds”;

Revelation 19.13:

[13]”And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God“.

John 1.1,14:

[1]”In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”.

[14]”And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”.

Our Lord Jesus came as the Way, Truth & Life of the Father & He became a pattern & example of such for us in His Church – John 14.6:

[6]”Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me“.

The saint has been ordained for a glorious life because that’s why Jesus came – Hebrews 2.10:

“For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings“.

By His sufferings, death & resurrection, He paid the ultimate price for our blessed & glorious suffering free lives!

You don’t pay twice for the same product in the same store as long as you can produce proof of the earlier payment!

Your glorious, golden & royal destiny & purpose will always become a reality when you have very high regard for the unfailing Word of God & put the Word in top priority!

Acts 17.11:

“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so“.

Those saints put high premium on God’s Word & it turned their lives all around!

The saint is to turn to God for helps, with open heart & mind to promptly obey His Word – Hebrews 4.14-16:

[14]”Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession”.

[15]”For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin”.

[16]”Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need“.

A saint, for instance, needs a good job that’ll allow him or her to have enough time to worship, serve & fellowship God with other saints, then he or she approaches the heavenly Father in prayer according to His Will, knowing that his or her prosperity is guaranteed – Psalm 1.1-3:

[1]”Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful”.

[2]”But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night”.

[3]”And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper“.

For the records, when the saint is in God’s purpose, such can be sure of God’s help, steadily!

JESUS IS LORD!

Better than good greetings, in Jesus’ most colourful name!

I believe that your experience in the month of May was awesome & glorious, as you gave all your praise to our good heavenly Father, just as He promised to raise us up & perfect everything concerning us, individually & corporately?

I also know that our God is not done with us this year yet, because His work of perfection is ongoing!

What then is Daddy’s mind for us in the KING’S DELIGHT CHURCH GLOBAL Family in this new month of June?

I was interceding & supplicating in our weekly Power To Power Prayer Hour about two weeks ago, when He asked me to pray for Him to perfect everything concerning His people at KDCG, which I promptly did.

When God will help a person after receiving His gift of Jesus as Saviour & Lord, the first thing He does is to disclose His purpose & intention for that person.

For instance, after Paul was converted, the first thing Jesus told him was why he was saved, which was to “…bear my name(Christ’s) before the Gentiles, & kings, & the children of Israel” – Acts 9.15.

Also, from John 21.15-17, our Lord Jesus clearly told Peter His purpose for him, which was, “,…Feed my lambs”, “…, Feed my sheep”.

Our Saviour & Lord Himself, Jesus Christ, gave us the understanding of His Being, as recorded in John 18.37: “… To this end was I born, & for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth…”.

From Scriptures, we know that the people who God will perfect everything about them are those who are in divine purpose – Romans 8.28: “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”.

These are people who have discovered & are pursuing their purposes in Christ Jesus because they love God!

God is a God of purpose & everything He does is with purpose, including the making of man – Genesis 1.26-28; 2.15; Jeremiah 29.11; 1.5.

God is still looking for men & women, people who will fulfill all His Will, just as He testified of David, in Acts 13.22: “…, I have found David…, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will”.

Therefore, for us in the KDCG Family, the month of June 2019 is hereby declared, HIS PURPOSE IS MINE! Jeremiah 29.11; John 18.37.

Our teachings this month will focus on vision, purpose, destiny & such related matters.

Get set for an encounter of a lifetime that you won’t recover from as you discover & pursue your purpose in God & Christ, by the helps of the Eternal Holy Spirit, unto the fulfilment of your golden, glorious & royal destiny with speed, ease, peace, in a very grand style & colours, in Jesus’ most colourful name!
